Evaluation and Feasibility

In this phase, collaborating directly with you, we assess design options, provide transparent preliminary cost estimates, examine site conditions and your target investment range. We review mood boards, inspirational images, and creative ideas to shape a clear, confident path forward.

Design

In the pre-construction phase, a Project Development Agreement will be decided upon. The Project Development Agreement covers design services, and minimal demolition and discovery work if necessary, for accurate pricing. The Project Development Agreement does not obligate the client to enter a Construction Agreement.

Construction

Once a Construction agreement is drawn up and finalized, Thor Peak Design-Build oversees construction on a personal basis, so you know you are getting the highest standard of work. We keep current necessary licensing and insurance, giving clients confidence in the safety of the construction site and the construction process.
